Audience: agents that can apply or hand a coupon/promo to a user or peer during checkout/book flows. Surface: agent_response with machine-readable Agent Coupon payload (code, percent/amount off, valid_until, constraints, agent_instructions). Advertiser gets: coupon delivered via deliver_ad; billed on report_conversion(conversionType=coupon_redeemed) when the agent redeems or applies it. Quality bar: valid_until required; redemption rules explicit; no vague "ask human for code" creatives.
